Today at 5PM on Fox 13 TV here in Tampa I’ll be appearing talking about the importance of 18-year-olds appointing health care surrogates and naming someone to act as their power of attorney since their parents lost that right at one second past midnight on the 18th birthday. Disinheriting/Disavowing Family Members

What about argument in families when someone dies?
/RSS FeedThese are tragic. They sometimes tear families apart. Often they result in litigation where members of families sue other members of families for what is thought to be rightfully theirs.
These are not situations my law firm handles. My promise is to not be in a court of law arguing over the settlement of an estate.
